Daily mobility

Good post here from the folks at Lifehacker on the benefits of some daily mobility work.  I have found about 5 minutes a day to be the sweet spot for keeping joints healthy and just feeling mobile and good.  This coupled with a regular workout routine that includes strength training is hard to beat.

Below is a quick video of one of my regular routines.  The fun part for me is finding a nice flow and coming up with random movements as I go.  The video below is a bit more structured than what I usually do.
