Metabolic damage and its effect on weight loss

Precision Nutrition has just released an in depth article discussing what it take to get the weight off.  Whether the question is how long will it take to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds, the answer is always the same: It depends.

Are you counting calories, exercising regularly and still not seeing the weight loss you want?  Take a deep breath, go easy on yourself, and read this article if you have the time.

The short answer is you must keep pounding the pavement, eating your veggies, logging your calories, and building new healthy habits.   Trust the process and you will see the changes you are after, and remember, your body does not defy the laws of physics.  This is a good thing!
