Listed below are specific goal oriented training packages.  Everyone is going to be in a different situation, so you may not see a package that fits your needs.  Please do not let this keep you from at least scheduling your free session, so that we can meet and discuss your goals, and what the best direction to take for those goals might be.  I hope to hear from you soon!

Strength Foundations

This is a 90 day program focused on pure strength.  Clients should be willing to come train in my personal studio for optimal results.  We will focus on the basic, most beneficial compound barbell lifts.  You will successfully learn to perform all the major compound lifts and to program them properly for the most strength gains.  The results will not only be strength and muscle, but fat loss as well!

Small Group and Couple Training

If you have a friend or two who would like to join you in your workouts I can accommodate you in my studio.  The benefit here is that the cost per session will be less per person, but you will still get one on one attention from a personal trainer, and see great results.  Working out with friends is a great way to stay motivated and help keep each other accountable.

Online Training

I have the ability to offer long distance training to anyone in the country.  I offer weekly phone calls, emails, personalized workout plans, videos and nutritional coaching, without ever meeting face to face.  This is for the clients who do not really have trouble finding motivation to get to the gym, but maybe are struggling with sticking with a program or following smarter eating habits.  The benefits of hiring an online coach might be just what you need to get that final push, and confidently move forward on your personal road of fitness and health.
